Chair Yoga Teacher
Dafna is a lupus survivor of 50 years, who through exercise has managed a healthy life. She received her yoga certification at 58 years old, because you’re never too old to have fun, stay healthy and in shape!
Chair yoga is a fusion class combining classical yoga poses, using elastics, blocks, straps and of course a chair. Stretching, flexibility and strength are achieved by using supported methods to aid those with joint and mobility issues. All levels are welcomed.
