Coop Sportive Santé (CSS) was established in September 2018 in Cote Saint Luc. CSS operates a gym and studio space for diverse events. Our mission is to offer high-quality, personalized, affordable, accessible fitness services to the entire community while creating employment opportunities for professionals in areas related to fitness and wellness.
Spacious gym and studio
CSS has a beautiful, spacious gym and studio space of 8000 square feet, located close to public transportation and parks. It is wheel-chair accessible. We are well placed to follow social distancing norms required due to Covid-19.
Modern Fitness Facilities
We offer diverse services beyond the gym including fitness classes (Zumba, yoga, Groove), boxing, judo, physiotherapy, nutrition consultation, a shake bar offering nutritious beverages. Our studio space can be used for community events.

We are building a digital platform (website + mobile app) to use the advantage of e-commerce to market our fitness and wellness services. This is especially important in the post-COVID world. It empowers our users to pursue their fitness regime onsite or online under professional guidance. Our space is also perfectly suited to be used as a recording studio by fitness professionals.
